About Us
Our Mission
The University of British Columbia Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (UBC CSCE) Student Chapter creates opportunities and events that inspire, educate, and connect Civil Engineering students. Our mission is to foster meaningful networking and skill-building experiences, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world applications in Civil Engineering.
Throughout the year, students can engage in Lunch and Learns, Software Modelling workshops, and Site Tours, and two major annual events: Speed Networking and Industry Night. These events provide valuable insights and enable students to connect directly with industry professionals, supporting them toward their future careers in civil engineering.
